The~ R~Family

This is a 'sneak peek' of the R family! What a fun-loving, beautiful family to work with. Boy o Boy was it blistering hot that day, but this family did not complain one bit :)! They were just excited as we were to get some great family photos done. We did this shoot with the awesome backdrop of downtown Louisville, KY along the waterfront.

The collage is one of my favorite shots. There's nothing like jumping off the stairs of the amplitheatre to get all your energy out! The other super fun thing about this family of 6 is that they were all born in different states; little gypsies~love it! So half way through the shoot, they each donned their State T-shirts and showed off their state pride! ;-D How original and cool is that?! Their children were adorable and sweet and great sports about it all!




The boys really enjoyed playing with the bubbles:)!

We ended the session with the kids playing in the dancing waters downtown and they had a blast...got tons of incredibly delightful pictures of this fam...here are just a few! A Very Special Thank You to the ~R~Family for trusting us with your precious images.

KANDY POP FAMILY SHOOT~SNEAK PEEK

 

I was so excited to shoot this family once Cindy told me a little bit about them.  I had the chance to meet the youngest member, Jackson at her house a few days before and saw that he was simply adorable! I knew when I saw him it was going to be an incredible shoot (what eyes!).             

I was excited to meet Erin & Jeff (Mom & Dad) as they were incredibly warm and it didn't take long for everybody to get comfortable with the cameras.  The children are simply beautiful (although little Jackson wasn't as happy as I had hoped he would be to have his pictures taken! ;-D ) as well as the mother and father. The daughter, Lexi is as natural of a beauty as they come. My complete favorite shots of the session are of her.  I made a collage of just her shots because I love them all so much and felt they needed to be displayed all together.  The family laughing shots were some of my fav as well.  Here are some of my favorite shots of the session (click on any image to make it bigger).  Erin/Jeff:  We have some other ADORABLE collages and pics just waiting for you on DVD!!    Enjoy! ~Kassi
