AT and Felicia...Wedding Session

Ok, let me start first by saying forgive me.  :)  Forgive me for all the images I am about to unload on you...LOL.  Forgive me for showing as many (or more) candids as I will formals below as this wedding is a personal one for me.  I thought about releasing 2 posts (one from my personal blog and one from the Kandy Pop blog) so I could separate the styles of the images from fun/family to the more formal or artistic shots.  I decided after looking them all over that they all belong together.  They tell a story.  They tell the story of the wedding day of Allan Thomas & Felicia Basham.  From beginning to end.  So while all the shots aren't as technical as they can be, keep in mind that the emotional step-mom/mother-in-law and hostess (as we held the wedding at our home) and was trying to capture everything and still be a part of the ride.  Thank goodness for Cindy or I'm sure I would have missed everything! So this is a montage of both of our favorite images (whether for technical photography or for the emotions they carry).  This day was a truly beautiful day.  It was a fairy tale (as Felicia describes it)...I was blessed to be a part of it (and to play the role of fairy god-mother {wink} ).  I wish for eternal happiness for this sweet couple.  I wish for their times apart in the military to be short and un painful.  I wish for a big, loving family filled with years of laughter and love.  I wish for them to find many great friends that will love and support them while they are so far away from home.  I wish them every blessing possible from our Heavenly Father.  I hope they surround themselves with Him.

I also wanted to thank Gary & The Event Company for bringing our vision to life, for Allan (my hubby) for the gorgeous cake, all the wonderful people who brought such gorgeous and delicious food (you know who you are!), Cliff Allen for help with the Honeymoon planning, Bishop Peterson for officiating, and to his dream of a wife, Sandy for EVERYTHING she helped with...I say EVERYTHING because there is WAY too much to list here!

Okay, enough of my wishes and babble {I told you to forgive me :) } On with the show!

If you aren't tired of this yet and want to see more, view their complete gallery here :)  Enjoy!  and I love you A.T. & Felicia!!

The Yorgy Family

What a cute, sweet family they were!  The twins were adorable and it was so fun to see their own unique personalities on this shoot.  Older brother, Will has stolen my heart.  He has got to be my favorite little man I have met in a very long time (next to my little men, of course!).  He questioned me for most of the session with his keen interest in car, keys and anything of the like.  I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to have these small moments with such wonderful people.  What an amazing job!  Thank you Yorgy family for allowing me to share these small moments with you!

Here are a handful of some of my favorite images:
