Kandy Pop Photography is an on-location photography company that has many preferred outdoor locations, but can come to your own home, farm or other favored location upon request. You should know that due to the high volume of Living Social customers, we are setting up different dates at different locations specifically for you. When you schedule your session, you will see which location we will be at during which month/day. If your desired location is Huber Farms, for example, just check the info box on the Living Social session when booking and it will tell you what Saturdays we will be at Hubers. If you are looking for an edgier, urban/Hard Kandy session, you should choose a Saturday that we will be in downtown Louisville. Looking for a pretty waterfall and lots of flowers? Choose Papa Johns park, etc. Feel free to send us an email (after all today's craziness) to tell us what you are looking for in your photos and we can suggest the best location for you. We have planned them according to the season that we think will look best to guarantee the most awesome-ness in your images (i.e. fall photos at Hubers, and Anchorage where we will have lovely colors and leaves, pumpkins, etc. Urban shots in the colder months where the flowers don't matter, Spring sessions at places where things are blooming, etc. If you want us to come to a specific location that is not an already listed location, there will be an additional fee to cover our time, travel and talent but we will be happy to work that out with you at a later date. You have one full year to use it so there is no rush. :-)
2) Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! We love animals and they are a great addition to a photo session. We have also came to horse farms to shoot with the horses if that is something you would like us to do.
3) Are the images on a CD, can I download them, print them, how do I use the gallery?
We will post your top images to a personal gallery with your own link and family name on the web. We will personally host this gallery for you on our site for one full year. You can share this gallery on the web/via email with your friends and family. You can leave it wide open for the world to see, or we can password protect it with a password of your choice. From the gallery you can order prints, merchandise, digital downloads or CDs. Your friends and family can also order. Prints start as low as $2.87! There are plenty of options from glossy to luster and metallic (gorgeous!) and all are very affordable. You will be given a discount code via email once your edits and gallery are complete. You can use this toward any order from your gallery within 7 days (prints or digital downloads). After that, you can order at regular price anytime your gallery is online (one year).
4) What is a "Digitally Enhanced" image?
At Kandy Pop, we pride ourselves in being Photographic "Artists", not just Photographers. This means that not only do we have killer photography knowledge and technique, but we also have "mad" graphic art skills! :-) We will edit your top 5 images from the session by retouching blemishes, de-wrinkling, slimming down those extra 10 pounds the camera added (and maybe a few more! ;-D) and basically glamorize all the peeps in your image to make you look your best! We will also tweak colors and effects to make the photos truly unique and special. Our clients LOVE our enhanced images and we know you will too! Additional images from the session can be edited upon request for additional fees.
5) What is your referral Program?
We love our customers and know we wouldn't be able to be in business without you! We also love it when you spread the love to your friends by recommending us to them. To show you how much we appreciate that, we will give you a gift of $25 that can be used toward prints/digital downloads in your gallery or future sessions for every customer that books a session with us! Just to sweeten the pot, we decided to give your friends the same kick back you get...they will also receive $25 off their session or as a print credit. So go ahead, spread the love and we will give it back!
